1 Application of Custom Metal Fabrication
Powder metallurgy: A process for processing ferrous metal components as well as non-ferrous metal components.
It consists of two basic processes: mixing the alloy powder and pressing the mixture into the mould. The metal
particles are heated and sintered at high temperature. This process does not require machine processing, and
the raw material utilization rate can reach 97%. Different metal powders can be used to fill different parts of the mold.

A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance
before shipment.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock,
it is according to quantity.
Q: Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are a manufactory.
Q: Do you provide samples? is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
