1Stainless steel sheet metal process introduction: normalizing
Refers to the stainless steel material heated to Ac3 or Ac1 (the lower critical point of steel temperature) above
a certain temperature, maintain a certain time, and then with the appropriate cooling rate, to get martensite
structure heat treatment of stainless steel processing technology. The commonly used quenching processes
include salt bath quenching, martensite grading quenching, bainite isothermal quenching, surface quenching
and local quenching. The purpose of quenching is to ensure that the stainless steel material gets martensite
structure, improve the hardness, strength and wear resistance of the workpiece, and prepare the structure for
the subsequent heat treatment.
